T.N.C. Venkata Rangan (Venkat) is a Technocrat Businessman. He is the Founder & Chairman of Vishwak Solutions. Under his leadership, Vishwak has grown into a multi-million dollar software services company. Venkat enjoys playing the dual role of Businessman and Technology expert; he has been the key strategist behind Vishwak's flagship Media Publishing solutions - VPF (Vishwak Portal Framework) which is powering the online properties of many a leading News and Media companies.
Venkat believes in the power of delegation and follows his signature style of transparent management. He encourages his team to first listen and put yourself on customer’s shoes before thinking about technology. In today's highly competitive Software Solutions market, this has ensured that Vishwak gets repeat businesses year on year.
Venkat is an active speaker and has presented in various industry events and conferences. He is the Microsoft Regional Director for Chennai – an honorary title from Microsoft that he holds from 1999.
One of the areas he is very passionate about is Tamil language computing and as Former Chairman of International Forum for Information Technology in Tamil (INFITT) conducted the Tamil Internet Conference 2010 in Coimbatore along with Tamil Nadu Government. Apart from Vishwak, Venkat serves as the Director in LIFCO Publishers Pvt. Ltd, a 81 year old book publishing firm in South India.

Lakshmi Venkatarangan holds a MBA from University of Madras on marketing. Lakshmi did her graduation in BBA from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai. In her role as Director in Vishwak, she handles the operations and administration of the company and its subsidiaries in USA and UK. Lakshmi has over 12 years of experience in operations, HR functions and general administration. With an eye for perfection, she was instrumental in developing Vishwak’s world class operations. As a member in Chennai’s popular Mylapore Club, Lakshmi participates in the events regularly. Lakshmi’s interest involve Carnatic Music, Drawing and travelling.
Aravindan brings on board over 19 years of rich experience in myriad functions such as Sales, Marketing, Market Research and Consulting in industry domains like MR, New Media and IT Services. Before joining Vishwak, Aravindan has held various positions at Indiatimes, Chennaionline, Webdunia & Scope E-knowledge KPO. He is instrumental in setting up the Sales infrastructure for Vishwak and he holds an MBA degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. He is also an IBM certified ECOM Professional.
S.Vaidyanathan brings with him international work experience of about 37 years in the fields of banking, Finance and manufacturing sectors both in India and abroad. He had been with Indian Bank for 15 years dealing in loans/advances, foreign exchange, legal, and other administrative functions. He resigned as Senior Manager in charge of a big branch to work for a finance company in Nairobi, Kenya as Chief Manager/General Manager for 5 years. Prior to joining Vishwak he was working as General Manager (Finance) in an export Manufacturing Company. In addition to being a graduate he holds professional qualifications of C.A.I.I.B (certified Associate) from Indian Institute of Bankers, Bombay and post graduate diploma in Financial Management from Annamalai University and Business Management from Datamatics Institute, Bombay.
E.Ravi is an IT Systems Professional with 13 years of IT Systems and Solutions experience. Ravi’s experience spans systems design and consultancy for Verticals such as Media, Mobile and IT. In his current role at Vishwak, he heads the infrastructure team as well as the application support (sustained engineering) team. He is responsible for IT Procurements, Security Audits, Disaster Recovery and Performance Tuning of production sites. His current interests in terms of technology is Unified Communication (Exchange Server 2010 and OCS 2007). Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineer (ECE) and a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows OS, Microsoft certified Technology specialist (MCTS) in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, ITIL® V3, DBA 2008, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in Enterprise messaging Administrator and a Certified Internal Information Security Auditor.
Prior to joining Vishwak, Ravi was at Chennai Interactive Business Services (Chennaionline.com) Limited, as a Systems Administrator.
At Vishwak, Johann plays an advisory role contributing to product placements, presale, product requirements elaboration besides market research in the Media and Broadcasting space.An expert in MPEG-2 ad insertion technologies with experience in projects such as iBaker, platforms such as Liberate and programs such as VOD, he specializes in IPTV, ETV/DTV, Linear Broadcast, New Media and Set Top Box Stack Integration. His career spans the past decade in U.K working with major broadcasters in the U.K, EU, U.S and Hong Kong. Prior to immigrating to U.K, he has successfully built and ran his own company in Cape Town, South Africa that provided technology services to SMEs.
He has played diverse client facing roles for global clientele such as Singapore Government, Virgin Media, TeleWest, and Redbee Media etc. He has managed major programmes requiring trans-continental team-building and system engineering to server level, broadcast servers, multiplexer configuration, setting up play out streams. He is Prince 2 Trained, speaks Dutch and English. He enjoys structured methodologies, supported by ISO 9001:2000 Service Adoption program. He is an Executive and Business Coach having been trained by The Academy for Chief Executives (ACE) and is a member of the Academy. Johann has an academic background in Human resources and Labour Relations (ILO) and lives in London, UK.
